chinese lessons

The school has set up Chinese lessons for us each week and culture lessons every other week. We had our first Chinese lesson and it was hilarious. We learned the sounds of the Chinese language. I didn’t quite understand everything but they have an alphabet kind of with similar letters as ours but they make completely different sounds. We went over all the sounds and tried to perfect our pronunciations. I would laugh so hard sometimes and felt so dumb saying things but I loved it! It was fun. I can’t wait for the next lesson to laugh some more. One night we all went in our matching night gowns and Ms. Zhong thought we were pretty silly!
