meeting mary's family

Mary’s Grandmother, Grandfather, and Uncle live in Bengbu city and one Saturday afternoon she took us in to the city to meet them. We rode the bus in and her uncle picked us up in his car from there and took us to there house. His car was very nice! The seats had nice soft covers and pillows on the back seats like on a couch. It was great. We crammed all 6 of us in there. There house was very nice. Her uncle is an architect and he designed the house. It was real nice and cute. We had a great time visiting them. They did not know any English so Mary translated back and forth. It was fun. They were so kind they even turned there TV on an American news channel so that we could understand it. They gave us fruit and sunflower seeds and hot steaming water. They were so welcoming and kind and it was a lot of fun meeting them and seeing the lifestyle of a Chinese family.
